Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Ban Camera At Their Forthcoming Wedding
Longtime sweethearts Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are finally getting hitched on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 in Miami, Florida. Sadly though, according to TMZ, the lovely couple are warning their wedding guests -- NO CAMERAS, NO PHONES ... which could be a huge problem, since their guests are ADDICTED to social media!
The wedding invites have been sent out to close friends and family members to "Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a THROW DOWN." Although, the location of the event is still a secret, but the guests have been asked to converge at a popular hotel from where they will be transported to the wedding site.
It's just weird that the wedding invitation clearly states that guests should leave their phones and cameras behind "for the comfort of our guests and to protect our privacy."
Kanye West and Kim Kardarshian did the same thing and we know that it was all a business strategy. Now Gabriel Union and her boo are doing same. Maybe it's for privacy reasons, but, somebody is definitely going to be paid at the end of the day in order to obtain exclusive first look of wedding ceremony.
Do these people know uncomfrotable it is to be without your cell phone? What if there is an emergency? I think besides feeling controlled, it gives that akward feeling of either choosing your freedom or your loved ones wedding.
I love the lovebirds though. I just think this new practice should be discouraged. Not cool at all.
Congratulations Gabrielle and Dwyane!!!
