Man Beats Up Girlfriend All Day After Having A Dream That She Cheated On Him

27-year-old, Carlos Gascon, allegedly attacked his girlfriend and her dog all day on Friday, after having a dream that his grilfriend was unfaithful. The victim was able to call 911 after Gascon passed out that evening.

According to a police report, Gascon is facing a slew of charges from punching and slashing his

lover with a knife before slamming her down on a glass table, to smacking her dog, throwing it to the ground and then trying to choke it with his foot.

He’s also accused of pouring scalding hot coffee over his girlfriend's body, threatening to kill her and throwing her cell phone and keys into a nearby canal.

The victim suffered the vicious assault from early morning until 6:45 p.m., when Gascon finally passed out — and she was able to dial 911 from his phone, reported Daily News.

“She said he was angry at her because he had a dream she was cheating on him," Becky Herrin, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman, told the Miami Herald.

Gascon is currently being held on $265,000 bail at the Monroe County Jail.
