Her most recent appearance was on the El Rey Network drama, Matador.
She is survived by her husband, two children, mother and sister.
I am still in shock! The first time I noticed Elizarbeth Pena was in the tragedy movie, La Bamba, where she acted as Bob Marales' girlfriend. A very abusive relationship that later made her a mother of one.
I thought she had the most beautiful deep voice. Initially, I thought she lost her voice, but that was actually her normal voice. I would rewind the video over and over again just to listen to her voice. She was a terrific actor and clown as well. So beautiful and you just can't get enough.

RIP Elizarbeth Pena.
