Transgender Girl Becomes The New Face Of Clean & Clear Campaign
Transgender teen Jazz Jennings has been named the new face of Clean & Clear ad campaign.
On March 12, the skincare company announced that the 14-year-old American transgender LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) rights activist will be the new face of their "See the Real Me" campaign.
According to Perezhilton.com, the campaign's goal is to showcase more authentic forms of beauty — and to achieve this, the company will encourage people to send in personal stories using the hashtag #SeeTheRealMe.

In an interview, Jennings said "The brand approached me and told me about the campaign. The 'See the Real Me' campaign is so great at helping girls find the courage to open up to their peers and be themselves, and I could really relate to that. The year is going to be a busy one for Jazz because it has opened a lot of doors of success for her. She even has her own TV series titled "All That Jazz" which will premiere this summer on TLC.
The cable network ordered 11-episode docuseries on Jazz and her family - Greg and Jeanette (parents), Ari, Griffen, Sander (siblings), and Jack and Jacky (her maternal grandparents) - as well as her daily life; juggling high school and her duty as LGBT activist.
