Bill Cosby's Mug Shot: Charged With Sexual Assault
After years of accusations by several women stating that former Television star and comedian, Bill Cosby was a sexual predator, on Wednesday, he was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault in connection with a 2004 encounter.
Cosby, 78, was arraigned in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Court after Andrea Constand went public accusing him for sexually assaulting her. He posted a $1 million bond, and was forced to turn over his passport after being warned to avoid any contact with his accuser.
Some how the actor has dodged several allegations from countless women who stated that he drugged them and then raped them. However, it was the January 2004 encounter between the comedic icon and Andrea that 'hit' him hard - probably because it is the most recent of all the allegations.
According to reports, Andrea was a Temple University employee at Cosby's suburban Philadelphia mansion at that time. She claimed that the actor took her back to his home in Philadelphia, where he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her.
If found guilty, this TV dad, philanthropist and education advocate could go to jail.
