Mary J Blige Files For Divorce From Husband

Mary J Blige has filed for divorce from her husband Martin "Kendu" Isaacs citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The couple got married in 2003 but they had no children from the union.

We also heard that Blige prevented Martin who is also her Manager from having female friends. Back in 2014, she said in an interview"All females for me, all guys for him. There’s none of that, 'Oh, that’s my female friend. Oh, that’s my guy friend.' No. Not in a marriage, I’ve never seen that work."

Well, when you have too many rules, be prepared for those rules to be broken. marriage is an institution not a correction facility. You have to be flexible, respectful and trust each other. Nobody wants to feel 'boxed up.' It won't work.

It's so sad they have to take the dreadful divorce path. Hopefully, they learn from their mistakes. Life goes on.....
