President Joe Biden has taken over the White House as the 46th President of the United States of America! Together with the first lady Jill Biden, their children, and grandchildren, they all walked through a military cordon lining the White House driveway with the flags of U.S. states, leading the first couple to the main entrance under the North Portico on Wednesday.
Vice President Kamala Harris, her husband the second gentleman Doug Emhoff, and their family also took that proud walk down to the White House.
During the swearing-in ceremony for White House staff, President Joe Biden warned his staff to desist from treating people with disrespect. He said he would fire them immediately if they treat others without dignity and respect.
VP Kamala Harris swore in 3 new senators today as all eyes from around the world are centered on the celebration of new leadership under President Biden, with hopes that there would be a better America again.
